Kim Kardashian gives a tour of the SKKN BY KIM office
Kim Kardashian gives fans a peek inside a space designed for her latest brand, SKKN BY KIM.
In a YouTube video shared Friday titled “Welcome to my office! Official SKKN BY KIM office tour,” The Kardashians star, 41, goes full circle in the skincare brand’s office, which includes two glamorous rooms, two kitchens, two magazine walls, an amphitheater and a photo studio.
Kardashian begins the tour by greeting her decorators Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez. She also thanks Michèle Lamy of Rick Owens, who helped with the furniture. “She did all the furniture and helped me find everything I would need and want,” Kardashian said of Lamy in the clip.
Continuing the tour, the mother-of-four then shows off one of her “favorite things in the office” – an amphitheater.
“It happened because the space is so huge here – I think it’s like 40,000 square feet – but I wanted a comfortable space not only for when the kids come over and they can hang out and watch movies, but also if I was to show presentations or just watch something on a larger scale,” she explains.
In the bedroom, Kardashian’s top priority was comfort, and she wanted a place where her employees and family could just “chill out.” The centerpiece of the room is a chocolate U-shaped bed/sofa by Rick Owens. “I had seen one of those Rick Owens beds like this and always loved it, so I sent Michele a picture and said, ‘How can we do something like this for my desk ?’ “Kardashian said.
Moving on to the first floor kitchen, the “most used room” is open and spacious. Featuring artwork by Vanessa Beecroft on the walls, the space is used for events, meetings, and just relaxing. “The fridges in the office – full of drinks,” Kardashian said at one point.
In a waiting room, the founder of SKIMS exhibits her collection of books, all of which inspire her in one way or another. “Whether it’s the Marilyn book my mom gave me after the Met [Gala] or those home furniture books, everything I love is here,” she says. (Kardashian wore Marilyn Monroe’s famous “Happy Birthday Mr. President” dress to the 2022 Met Gala in May.)
Moving on to the next area, Kardashian showcases what she calls the “model glamor room.” She explains, “We do so many photo shoots here that I wanted a space where if we do content there will be enough space for all the models and of course SKIMS dresses and sewing stuff and a relaxation area.”
The glam room then expands to a full photo studio. “It’s such a blessing to be able to have a photo studio in my office and be so close to home,” Kardashian told viewers.
The star then continues to her own “calm and quiet” glamorous bedroom. In the adjoining bathroom, the reality TV star points to a small chair at the end of the shower.
“I don’t know who came up with this idea,” she jokes. “Actually, a fun fact – I have so much to do and work all the time that there’s a real purpose for the seat.” Then explaining that some members of her team tend to sit down while she showers after a photoshoot to ask questions, show samples and take notes, Kardashian says, “That’s not the stranger than you will see.”
Kardashian then shows off her showroom, which she describes as her “dream come true.” She explains, “I always wanted my showroom to be half SKKN and half SKIMS, and to have those two brands. And visually, it all blends together.”
For all her fans and friends who haven’t received items from her brands because they were sold out or unavailable, Kardashian says they’re all in the showroom, but jokes, “We have 24 hour security. 24 hours, so don’t even think about it.”
She then leads fans into the zone’s waiting room, which is filled with magazines of her and her entire family, an idea she copied from mom Kris Jenner. “Why not give people a little taste of who they’re dealing with when they walk into my office?” she explains.
Moving on to the second floor, Kardashian then points to the conference room with a wall filled with her magazine covers. “These walls make me so happy,” she says. “These are all my memories. I have a memory for every cover. Every cover is so special to me, I could tell you where I was, what I was doing, who I was with. So many amazing memories.”
Kardashian then brings fans into her personal office, the one that was used extensively during the development of SKKN BY KIM’s packaging. “So packaging is like my thing,” she says. “I love the concepts for the photo shoots and I love the concepts and design of the packaging.”
Explaining that the final design of her skincare products is based on stone, Kardashian says the first step to making that possible was to have the products made in actual stone to use as a comparison. “Isn’t that the cutest, coolest thing ever?” she asks, comparing the two.
Before leaving the room, Kardashian also shows off a gift Kendall Jenner gave her for Christmas — a box filled with inspirational quotes. “Things like that make me happy,” she says.

Also on the second floor, Kardashian shows off a second kitchen, second magazine wall, more office space, additional product rooms and more.
At the end of the tour, Kardashian attempts to get back into her car, but fails to open it. “I can never figure out how to open my car door,” she says.
“Anyone know how to get into my car?” Kardashian then asks for the room, before she can access the entrance to the vehicle. “If it was like the Scream movies, I’d be dead by now,” she jokes.
