Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) concedes that Republican senators won’t be able to stop Democratic health care reform legislation from passing the Senate before Christmas.

“We will fight until the last vote,” McCain told “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace. “We owe that to our constituents, because we must do everything – we must look back and say we did everything to prevent this terrible mistake from taking place.”

Democrats recently reached a deal with hold out members of their own caucus to cobble together the 60 votes necessary to pass the bill – and McCain, in response to a Wallace question, said there’s “probably not” anything the GOP can do to block the bill. “But what we can do is continue winning the battle of American public opinion.”

No, there’s nothing McCain or the majority of Americans who don’t want this bill can do. Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the other Socialists want the government to control your health care and the rest be damned if we don’t like it. They wrote it behind closed doors, even though Obama promised complete transparency, and did what they wanted to do. They used taxpayer money to buy the Senator’s votes they needed.

Bend over, grab your ankles, and take it like a cracked-out whore. After they’re through with you, you won’t even need any Vaseline.

The only saving grace is that 2010 is not far off and We The People … assuming there are any of us left … will not forget what just happened.

Maybe now is the time for a grassroots movement to kick every incumbent out of office and insure their replacements don’t serve more than two terms. The Democrats are nothing more than European-styled Socialists, and the Republicans cut their nuts and spine out when they take their oath of office. Both are equally dangerous to the spirit of the Constitution.

Thomas Jefferson, a man with more strength and courage in his left testicle than the entire Republican Party, once advised, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants.” Maybe Mr. Jefferson was thinking of a day like today when the federal government prepares to take over 30% of the nation’s economy and 50% of its citizen’s lives.

Health is a product, not a right. Which one of us allowed the definition to be changed so radically? The Constitution does not grant authority to the federal government to force citizens to purchase a product, health insurance for example, to stay a legal citizen. I call on those who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution to squash these freedom stealing thugs and remove them from power. If the elected officials either cannot, or will not, then it’s up to the citizens to do just that … just like we did to King George. Don’t be fooled, ObamaCare has absolutely nothing to do with improving the lives of the taxpayers, it has always been about control of the citizens. Stalin and Hitler did it, for awhile. Castro has been doing it for many years. I make the decision whether impotent leaders like McCain or revolutionary leaders like Pelosi attempt to control me.

Let me explain something important here:

• The latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll showed 47% opposition compared to 32% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest Associated Press poll showed 44% opposition compared to 36% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest Rasmussen poll showed 56% opposition compared to 40% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest Gallup poll showed 48% opposition compared to 46% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest ABC News/Washington Post poll showed 51% opposition compared to 44% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest Pew Research poll showed 48% opposition compared to 35% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest FOX News poll showed 57% opposition compared to 34% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest CNN/Opinion Research poll showed 61% opposition compared to 36% approval of ObamaCare.
• The latest Quinnipiac poll showed 52% opposition compared to 38% approval of ObamaCare.

Yeah, the “folks back home” do not want ObamaCare, and yet the Democrats are shoving this down our throats because “they know better” than we do how to run our own lives. Control, pure and simple.

Once this is passed, folks are going to get angry. Controlling access to personal firearms will come soon after as our elected leaders start getting scared … just like the take-over of Russia by Stalin. Trust me on this, this is only Step One for the imperial federal government; if they can get away with this, then just wait to see what they have in store for us next.

What they are doing is in violation of the Constitution, both the written document and the spirit and ideals of the document. This is war, a war with a steroid-filled government on one side and the free (for now) citizens on the other side.

During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King’s tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. They were in turn actively supported by perhaps 10% of the population. In addition to these revolutionaries were perhaps another 20% who favored their cause but did little or nothing to support it. Another one-third of the population sided with the King and the final third took no side, blew with the wind and took what came.

Which side will you be on?

Republican, Democrat, health care reform, Senate, Obama, Reid, Pelosi, health care, taxpayer money, Socialist, Constitution, Thomas Jefferson, tree of liberty, federal government, ObamaCare, taxpayer
