On Feb. 20, 2009, Missouri’s Department of Public Safety issued a report to all law enforcement in the state entitled “Missouri Information Analysis Center Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement.”

The report linked people holding conservative views on immigration, abortion, the U.N., the New World Order, etc., to dangerous and violent “militias” that Missouri law enforcement were instructed to be on guard against. Conservative opinions were demonized and made the subject of law enforcement scrutiny.

According to the MIAC report, if you oppose any of the following, you could qualify for being profiled as a potential dangerous “militia member”:

The Federal Reserve
The Income Tax
The United Nations
The New World Order
Abortion
Gun Control
The violation of Posse Comitatus
Illegal Immigration
The Ammunition and Accountability Act
A possible Constitutional Convention
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
The North American Union
Universal Service Program

On April 13, 2009, bloggers posted an unclassified DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis report titled, “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” … a sweeping indictment of conservatives.

The report stated, “Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.”

The report continues, “The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by right-wing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement.”

And YES, I am stockpiling both due to a belief that the Socialist Democratic Party will attempt some sort of gun restrictions, and the economic downturn has already caused a measurable increase in crime.

The document states it was “prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division” and “coordinated with the FBI.”

Therefore, if you disagree with Obama on amnesty for illegals or stand up for the Second Amendment, you are branded a “rightwing extremist” by the Department of Homeland Security and become the subject of scrutiny by some 850,000 local and state law enforcement personnel.

I’ll be at the Atlanta Tea Party this Wednesday along with many others opposed to the unconstitutional income redistribution process known as Federal Income Tax. What do you want to bet that the Federales are there taking pictures and asking for names of all us “subversives”?

OK, I pride myself on reason and fact. I am not prone to conspiracy theories and black helicopters. Nevertheless I am growing concerned about my own personal freedom. First the tyrant brands you as an undesirable or threat, then comes reductions on personal liberty, just read your history books. Hitler did not start killing Jews on his first day, remember? So what could be on the horizon for Comrade Obama and his Den Of Thieves?
