Jamie Lynn Spears will give her baby to her mother in order to concentrate on her career, according to reports. The 16-year-old stunned the world last month when she revealed she was pregnant with her first child - and now the Zoey 101 star has allegedly agreed to let her mother Lynne bring up the child in a bid to retain her career and grow up like a normal teenager.
“She [Jamie Lynn's mother Lynne Spears] still wants her daughter to be able to be a teenager, go to parties, hang out with friends and have a career. So she’ll take the front seat of caring for the baby and take the pressure off her daughter.
“Lynne is convinced that having a baby on her hip will not help Jamie Lynn’s future in the business and she’s expecting her daughter to pick up where she left off as soon as the baby is born.”
Doesn’t Wal-Mart offer some sort of childcare program? Nothing like having your child step up and be responsible for her actions. That’s some good parenting skills. No shame, no responsibilities, no worries. Mommy Lynne doesn’t want the money train to end now that her elder daughter is past the point of no return. Get back to work, Jamie Lynn, Mama needs new expensive clothes.
I think “being a teenager, going to parties and hanging out with friends” is what got her in this situation in the first place. Time to be a parent, Jamie. I think your SuperÜberCareer can manage just fine without you while you try to properly raise an innocent human being than you voluntarily created.
And what about 19-year-old sperm donor Casey Aldridge? Has he completely skated away from his child? Has he been forced away by the Spears Empire?
Sadness and pity lose out to selfishness and trashiness.
