Carjacking and Kidnaping at K Parking Deck - Suspects arrested and victim uninjured
On Friday, October 26, 2007 at approximately 2:45 pm Georgia State University Police received a report that a carjacking occurred in the K Parking Deck. At about 12:00 pm a female GSU student was approached by two black males displaying firearms and taken off campus. The victim was forced to withdrawal money from several ATM Machines. The victim was released unharmed and was able to flag down a DeKalb County Police Officer. DeKalb County Police later arrested both suspects.
But … but … but Georgia State University is a gun free zone! It’s unpossible that there can actually be any guns on campus because they’ve made a LAW against it.
But … but … but in Georgia there is a gun ban against felons! It’s unpossible that a felon in Georgia can actually have a gun in their possession because they’ve made a LAW against it.
But … but … but there cannot be any carjackings or kidnappings in Georgia! It’s unpossible that a carjacking or kidnapping can happen in Georgia because they’ve made a LAW against it.
???
Why, oh why is is so impossible for Liberals to come to the understanding that criminals don’t obey the laws? Any laws already on the books, any laws being considered, any laws period? Why can’t Liberals see that any additional laws restricting gun ownership or possession are only going to be obeyed by law-abiding citizens … the very ones that need to have a gun at their side to keep away the goblins like those two described above?
You go ahead and write all the laws you want. I’ll remained armed. I don’t yet have cold dead hands.
