Barack Hussein Messiah Obama is starting to confuse many potential voters … including his own handlers.

| First, Obama vowed he would be willing to strike al Qaeda targets inside Pakistan with or without the approval of the government of Pakistani President Pervez [tag]Musharraf[/tag]. Doesn’t he understand that the Musharraf democracy is shaky at best, and that if the US de-stablilized it Pakastan could easily become an Islamist state overnight, one with nukes already in their arsenal. | Then he comes up with the “brilliant” public statement that, as President he would never use nuclear weapons for any reason. While I agree that using nukes could be a terrible thing I don’t believe you can show force to rogue states without at least the threat, the possibility, of using nukes. To do otherwise would make the US look weak and without resolve. | Not satisfied with his previous blunders he then changes his “stance” once again, saying that he only ruled out the use of nuclear weapons to go after al Qaeda or Taliban targets in Afghanistan or Pakistan – after launching a military incursion into Pakistan against their wishes. |
Obama presents himself as a paradigm-shifting candidate, which means people are expecting to be floored not just by his charisma but by his ideas. The problem is that he really has no ideas. He’s simply black, articulate, and charismatic, and nothing more, and his followers are clinging to more faith than real substance. In order to connect with potential voters he may have to rely on polling data to tell him what to think even more so that Comrade Hillary … assuming that’s even possible.
We’ve nicknamed John Edwards both “Silky Pony” and “the Breck Girl”. Maybe Obama should be known as “Cotton Candy” – pretty, but empty.
I still think the Democrat‘s 2008 Presidential ticket will be Obama/Hillary, so these catfights between the two are both going to be fun to watch today as they tear each other down, and then in 2008 when they hold each other up – proving the utter hypocrisy of their campaign.
Obama, Pakistan, with or without the approval of the government of Pakistani President Pervez [tag]Musharraf, nuclear weapon, al Qaeda, Taliban, Democrat
