Hat tip to Denise at Grandma’s House:
Here is a story of three married couples.
Couple #1 has been married for five years. He is 35 and she is 30.
Couple #2 has been married for two years. He is 21 and she is 23.
Couple #3 has been married for seven years. He is 40 and she is 37.
All three couples have been caught recently fooling around in a parked car at Bush’s Pasture Park in Salem, Oregon. All three couples were convicted of Public Indecency.
All were arrested, and convicted in Marion County of Public indecency, Class A misdemeanor.
For all three it was their first run in with the law. There was nobody else in the park.
In each case, both the men and women have to attend and complete a sex offender treatment program, take polygraphs, and are not to consume alcohol or do drugs.
However, only the men have to register as sex offenders, the women do not.
So because the husband was getting frisky with his wife in their parked car in a park the husband is now, and forever, branded as a sex offender.
Oh, and it gets worse. One of the women has the couple’s two kids, because her husband cannot have contact with the kids until the treatment provider determines his past and current sexual history.
Absurd.
