		<description>I stumbled onto a good idea a few years back, when my own dad already had everything a good dad could need.  I bought a couple of thick porterhouse steaks.  I marinaded them for two days, then grilled them at my folks&#039; house.  It worked wonders.  He forgets the crap that we&#039;ve given over the years, but he sure remembers those steaks.</description>
