Trackbacked at Sister Toldjah:
From the Montgomery Advisor:
A woman went to Planned Parenthood’s abortion clinic in Birmingham, Alabama. She wanted to terminate her pregnancy.
The abortion procedure was unsuccessful in ending her pregnancy.
The abortion procedure did injure the unborn child, though, and included a hole in the child’s heart and an inverted tube leading from her lungs to her heart.
Now the woman is suing the clinic.
Huh? She is suing for damage to a child that was going to be aborted? Are they claiming that you can’t hurt the baby during an abortion? Or that if you abort you have to make sure the baby is dead? Or what?
Alabama court cases have held a woman can’t sue over a successful abortion.
Alabama court cases have held a woman can’t sue over a child born healthy after an unsuccessful abortion.
But apparently you can sue over an unhealthy baby after an unsuccessful abortion. I’m having a hard time wrapping my brain around the issues at play here.
- It is not illegal to try to KILL the fetus.
- It is not illegal to actually KILL the fetus.
- It is not illegal to pay someone to KILL the fetus.
- It is not illegal to be paid to KILL the fetus.
- But you CAN be sued for FAILING to kill the fetus, but only if you were hired to do so.
- But you CAN NOT be sued for hiring someone to kill the fetus?
Is that about right? This sub-human hires someone to murder her child, they fail, she then sues the baby slaying farm known as UnPlanned Parenthood for damages? Can you liberals take a step back and take a good, long look at yourselves, and what a messed up society you’ve created?
I’m waiting for the followup in 10 years when she has to explain to the child exactly why she is such bad physical shape. So does this mean her kid can sue her for trying to abort her? That mother has no right to sue for anything. She tried to have her child killed. If anything, said child should be taken from her.
I look at it this way: I don’t care if a woman has an abortion so long as the baby isn’t harmed or killed.

That is possibly the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. But I’m constantly amazed, and finding my threshold for stupidity challenged…
