What better way to punish someone than to take away their greatest desire? In this case it's being martyred for their cause? I'm pretty sure Moussaui wanted that all along. Also, as a Christian, I can sympathize with your feelings about this terrorist; but it is hardly an attitude to have. We should not hold hatred for these people, rather we should hold hatred for what they do. As Christ forgave us, so we should learn to forgive others. Granted, we SHOULD punish these people and defend ourselves from future attacks--but how is calling for their blood making us any better than the terrorists? I think the punishment was fitting.
