Costner And His Massage

Taken from TimesOnline.co.uk:

costner Actor Kevin Costner, 51, whose best-known films include “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves” and “The Bodyguard”, had been on honeymoon with his new wife, 32-year-old handbag designer Christine Baumgartner, in St. Andrews, Scotland, in October 2004.

The hotel was the prestigious Old Course Hotel. It is understood that Costner is a good friend of the hotel’s owner, Herbert Kohler, Jr.

While there, on honeymoon, he went for a massage. While the 34-year-old spa worker was giving the massage Costner was accused of taking off his towel, exposing himself, and then performing a sex act.

The masseuse said she was “mortified” at Costner. “It was disgusting and, even though he was a Hollywood superstar, I couldn’t believe he thought he could get away with something like that,” she said. “Kevin Costner abused me and I considered that a criminal act. When I was giving his wife a massage afterwards, I wanted to tell her everything.”

The masseuse also said the management of the hotel had not taken her seriously enough when she complained, and she had not been provided with adequate counselling. The woman said that she was fired last August.

So she took the hotel to court. But just before her court hearing was due to start on April 25, 2006, the woman (who cannot be named) settled out of court for an undisclosed sum.

Is it just me, or is this the incorrect way you’re supposed to act during a honeymoon?

Well, who could blame him for maybe wanting a little action on the side. Just look at his ugly wife there.
